His professional journey began with Thomas Cook India in the Rajasthan market, where he built a strong foundation in travel and tourism. Seeking broader exposure, Arjun moved to Delhi and worked with leading inbound travel companies including Diva Destination, Flexi Tours, and Yatra, where he honed his expertise in travel management, client relations, and destination marketing.
Arjun’s transition into hotel sales marked a significant milestone in his career. He swiftly rose through the ranks, heading the Delhi market for a prominent domestic hotel group, and later spearheaded Gujarat sales for the prestigious HRH Group of Hotels, demonstrating strong leadership and market expansion capabilities.
Jyotiraditya Singh Rathore brings extensive experience and operational excellence to Turban Hotels, with a distinguished career spanning leading Indian and international hospitality brands. His professional journey includes significant tenures with prestigious names such as Oberoi Hotels, The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), and the Accor Group, along with leadership roles.
With a strong foundation in hotel operations and a proven track record in pre-openings and property stabilization, Mr. Rathore has successfully guided multiple hotels from concept to full-scale operations. His strategic vision, combined with a hands-on management style, ensures that every property consistently delivers exceptional service standards, operational efficiency.
At Turban Hotels, Mr. Rathore oversees day-to-day operations across the group, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and strict adherence to the brand’s quality benchmarks. Pushpendra Singh Naruka is a seasoned hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in sales, marketing, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Known for his strategic mindset and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, he plays a key role in strengthening the brand’s market presence and driving business growth.
His journey began with a strong academic foundation in Hotel Management, further enriched by extensive professional training with globally respected hospitality brands such as the Taj Group and the Aman Group. These formative experiences shaped his commitment to service excellence and provided him with a comprehensive understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
Between 2013 and 2015, Pushpendra gained valuable exposure in event management, where he developed expertise in planning, coordination, and client servicing across diverse event formats. This phase laid a solid foundation for his specialization in MICE and large-scale corporate engagements.
